For Le French GourMay, Maison Es is featuring an Alsace-inspired four-course dinner crafted by chef-owner Esther Sham, with optional wine pairings. The meal starts with fresh oysters, followed by foie gras torchon with roasted peach melba toast ($190), mains include free-range egg mozzarella ravioli topped with smoked bacon and sauerkraut ($290), and there’s a cheese platter from Maison Antony to finish ($160). The four-course menu is $680 or $980 with wine pairing, both come with house-blended coffee or artisan tea. The menu is available until May 31. Bon appetit!
